The Confluence Grand Opening x Modern Bar

To celebrate the highly anticipated grand opening of our new backyard trail, The Confluence at Waterloo Greenway, Modern Bar is partnering with Waterloo Greenway to give back to the neighborhood.

The Verdita is an intricate, clarified milk punch, featuring green mango tepache and acid-adjusted tomatillo. Aromatic pandan adds a creamy sweetness to this vibrant, tropical cocktail. For every Verdita cocktail purchased, we will be donating $1 directly to support Waterloo Greenway’s mission of connecting Austin with nature.

Join us after exploring the new trail system to toast to our growing community. While the official grand opening festivities on the trail run from 10am to 2pm, the Verdita is available all day and all night. Come by the bar, enjoy a cocktail, and support the expansion of our neighborhood’s green spaces!
